Kredora is partnering with a high-growth AI startup to hire a Founding Engineer to build and scale next-generation intelligent systems.

If you enjoy solving complex problems from first principles and want to work at the cutting edge of AI + infrastructure, this role is for you.

💡 About the Role

You’ll be part of the core team building systems that proactively detect, analyze, and resolve technical issues before they impact users. This is a zero-to-one role with significant ownership and impact.

🔧 What You’ll Work On

• Building intelligent systems for automated issue detection and resolution
• Designing pipelines that unify logs, traces, and system signals
• Creating tools that enhance system observability and performance
• Tackling ambiguous, unsolved engineering challenges
• Developing scalable infrastructure for AI-driven workflows

Must-Have:

• Strong independent execution and ownership mindset
• Experience using AI to solve complex, unstructured problems
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $250,000 – $400,000 annually
• Equity: 0.25% – 2%
• Visa sponsorship available
