- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Perform regular backups, updates, and system patching
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure IT systems comply with security and company policies
