Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for stable network operations and project-based tasks for Japanese corporate clients.
Network troubleshooting and operational support
- Initial investigation when internet connections are down
- Line checks and on-site inspection of routers/switches in server rooms
- Troubleshooting based on device status (LED indicators, configuration checks, etc.)
- Technical communication with internet providers and carriers in English
- Configuration and management of routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points
- Hands-on experience with Cisco network equipment (configuration, operation, troubleshooting)

- Network design for office relocations and new office setups

- Around 3+ years of practical experience as a Network Engineer
- Hands-on experience with Cisco network equipment (mandatory)
- Experience configuring routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network-related issues
- Ability to communicate technically with internet service providers in English
- Good communication skills for customer-facing and internal coordination
- Experience in office relocation or new network implementation projects
- Experience as a project manager or sub-project manager for small to mid-sized projects
- Basic firewall configuration knowledge
- Experience supporting Japanese corporate customers
