About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer with expertise in WordPress and Shopify platforms to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote position is based in India, with an immediate joining date. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building, customizing, and optimizing websites that align with our clients’ SEO and conversion goals. You will collaborate closely with our SEO and design teams to develop scalable, high-performance websites that deliver exceptional user experiences and meet the latest web standards. Your technical expertise will ensure our websites are fast, responsive, and optimized for search engines, contributing directly to our clients' growth and success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in front-end development, specifically working with WordPress and Shopify.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with Liquid (Shopify) and PHP (WordPress).
• Proven experience implementing technical SEO strategies, including structured data, schema markup, and crawl error resolution.
• Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals, website performance optimization, and responsive design principles.
• Experience setting up analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and other tracking platforms.
• Ability to manage website migrations, CMS optimization, and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to balance design, UX, performance, and SEO requirements in development projects.

• Build, customize, and optimize WordPress websites and Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Liquid.
• Develop responsive product, service, collection, landing, and blog pages optimized for SEO and conversions.
• Implement custom functionalities through plugins, custom fields, Shopify APIs, metafields, and third-party integrations.
• Create scalable, maintainable, and reusable code structures to facilitate future updates and enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to clean code practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles across all projects.
• Optimize website assets, implement lazy-loading, minify code, and leverage caching strategies to enhance site speed and Core Web Vitals.
• Manage CDN configurations and conduct regular performance audits to meet speed and UX benchmarks.
• Implement SEO best practices by structuring page elements with proper meta tags, schema markup, and internal linking strategies.
• Fix crawl errors, canonical issues, and ensure proper URL structures, redirects, and sitemap configurations.
• Collaborate with design and SEO teams to conduct A/B testing, implement CRO features, and enhance mobile UX for higher engagement and conversions.
• Set up and maintain analytics tracking, interpret data, and support technical audits using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Enhance blog and content templates to be SEO-friendly, schema-rich, and optimized for speed and user engagement.
