The Role 🎯

What You'll Do:

• Process Automation - Design and implement end-to-end automations across all departments using tools like n8n. Identify manual, repetitive workflows and replace them with reliable, maintainable automations.
• AI-Powered Workflows - Build intelligent pipelines integrating LLMs (Claude, GPT) for content generation, data enrichment, classification, and internal tooling. Stay current with the fast-moving AI tooling landscape and propose new capabilities proactively.
• Dashboards & Reporting - Design and maintain business dashboards. Connect data sources via APIs, databases, or spreadsheets to deliver clear, actionable reporting across departments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration - Participate in technical discussions and handle integrations that go beyond typical no-code capabilities — without requiring a full software engineer.

What We're Looking For 💎

You're the perfect fit for our team if you have:

• Solid hands-on experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier — ideally n8n)
• Comfortable with APIs: reading documentation, setting up calls, handling authentication and webhooks
• Experience building dashboards and working with data — SQL basics is a strong plus
• Familiar with AI/LLM tools and prompt engineering — you've built things with them, not just used them as a chatbot
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects across departments simultaneously.
