We’re looking for a data-driven and curious Marketing Analyst / Market Research Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to support data-informed marketing strategies in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing and market research data.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Support the development and optimization of marketing campaigns.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Track and measure campaign performance (ROI, KPIs, etc.).
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Assist in customer segmentation and targeting strategies.

✅ Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and analytics concepts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, or similar.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
- Based in France with legal authorization to work full-time.
