Job Description
Role: HR Program Manager, Workday HCM
Duration: 9-month contract, conversion/extension likely
Compensation: $80/hour (Depending on experience)
Location: Fully remote

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or HR transformation programs
- 5+ years leading large-scale Workday HCM implementations
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams
- Hands-on leadership across full end-to-end implementations, including post–go-live support
- Experience supporting large, complex employee populations and highly matrixed environments
- Deep knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning
- Strong understanding of HR operating models, shared services, and global compliance considerations
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive timely decision-making
