We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management (ITAM) Practice Leader to oversee and optimize the lifecycle management of IT assets across the organization. This leadership role requires hands-on expertise in IT asset lifecycle management, procurement, compliance, and enterprise IT governance. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient asset utilization while maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks such as FFIEC, NIST, and COBIT, particularly within a banking or financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, receiving, deployment, tracking, and disposal of hardware and software assets.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and security leaders to optimize asset management processes and mitigate organizational risk.
- Develop and maintain ITAM policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Monitor asset lifecycle metrics including End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) assets.
- Develop executive-level scorecards and reports including KPIs, KRIs, and risk assessments related to IT asset management.
- Analyze internal and industry data to identify emerging trends, risks, and best practices in IT asset management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to IT Asset Management Analysts, delegating responsibilities and supporting team development.
- Collaborate with IT Service Quality teams to continuously improve ITAM processes and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk management programs.

- 15+ years of overall IT experience with 8–12 years of hands-on IT Asset Management experience.
- Strong experience managing hardware and software asset procurement and lifecycle management.
- Prior experience working in enterprise ITAM environments.
- Experience implementing or managing ITAM policies, governance frameworks, and asset lifecycle programs.
- Strong understanding of IT risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, security, and business leadership.
- Demonstrated job stability with consistent tenure in previous roles.
