Your Mission
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll design, build, and scale enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our DevOps capabilities, working closely with engineering teams to improve performance, reliability, and scalability across our platform.
This is an opportunity to join a growing DevOps function, where a dedicated chapter is being built - giving you real influence on tooling, standards, and ways of working.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and manage scalable Azure cloud infrastructure
- Support and optimize enterprise-wide cloud solutions
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements
- Collaborate with developers to enhance deployment pipelines and reliability
- Install, configure, and maintain application and system management tools
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance across environments

What We’re Looking For
- ~5+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure (provisioning, monitoring, management)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s), AKS, and/or K3s
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Azure Automation (Bicep is a plus)
- Familiarity with Log Analytics and Application Insights
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure SQL
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, security, and system operations
