Senior AI/ML Engineer - Generative AI, Azure DevOps, and MLOps

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Expert with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD to drive AI-powered transformation within enterprise banking platforms.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions while integrating them into enterprise DevOps and MLOps environments. You will be responsible for the complete AI solution lifecycle—from data preparation and model development to production deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization—ensuring compliance with enterprise governance, security, and regulatory standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

AI/ML & Generative AI Engineering

• Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Develop Generative AI solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Build AI-powered applications for:
• Intelligent automation
• Predictive analytics
• Incident prediction
• Root cause analysis
• Knowledge assistants
• Enterprise chatbots
• Train, validate, evaluate, and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) where applicable.
• Continuously monitor model performance and recommend improvements.

Python Development

• Develop scalable, maintainable, and production-ready Python applications.
• Build reusable AI components, APIs, and microservices.
• Develop data processing and feature engineering pipelines for enterprise-scale datasets.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following software engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.

Azure DevOps, CI/CD & MLOps

• Integrate AI/ML solutions into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and implement automated workflows for:
• Model training
• Testing
• Validation
• Deployment
• Monitoring
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous model delivery.
• Implement model versioning, artifact management, and release automation.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure reliable deployment of AI solutions into production environments.

Data Engineering & Model Lifecycle Management

• Perform data acquisition, cleansing, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Design scalable data pipelines for AI model development.
• Manage the complete AI model lifecycle:
• Data preparation

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Python development.

• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience developing Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong knowledge of: Supervised and Unsupervised Learning, NLP (Natural Language Processing), Model Evaluation and Optimization
• Experience integrating AI solutions into Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of MLOps principles and AI deployment practices.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with enterprise software development and Agile methodologies.
