Job Description


Company Overview

Awesung Tech is a large-scale integrated warehousing and logistics enterprise specializing in cross-border e-commerce support services, international transportation and customs clearance, Amazon FBA transfer, dedicated air freight lines, and one-stop fulfillment. We operate major warehouse centers across the U.S., including Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, and Cranbury (NJ), with a total warehouse area exceeding one million square feet.

Due to business expansion, we are currently hiring an HR Assistant for our California warehouse to support HR operations and employee lifecycle management.


Basic Information

  • Work location: Fontana, CA 92337
  • Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5PM


Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management (Onboarding, Transfer, Status Changes, Offboarding)

  • Manage full-cycle employee onboarding, transfers, role changes, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain training records and compliance-related documentation
  • Assist with new hire orientation and company policy presentations
  • Ensure accurate execution of HR procedures aligned with company structure and policies
  • Coordinate closely with different departments to ensure smooth process flow

Timecard Auditing & Invoice Reconciliation

  • Review weekly timecards for warehouse and office employees
  • Audit daily working hours with high attention to detail
  • Reconcile time records with staffing agency invoices
  • Identify discrepancies and communicate corrections promptly
  • Ensure payroll-related records are accurate and compliant

HR Data & Process Support

  • Assist in building and maintaining HR databases
  • Support HR data analysis, including but not limited to creating dashboards, maintaining database, etc.
  • Participate in HR workflow optimization and system development
  • Proactively identify and recommend process improvements


Qualifications

  • Strong learning ability and ability to quickly understand company systems and processes
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data organization and basic analysis)
  • Experience creating reports or dashboards is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume operational tasks
  • Interested in long-term career development in Human Resources


Career Development

This role is a core HR operations support position. The candidate will gain in-depth exposure to large-scale HR operations and will have opportunities to participate in data analysis and process optimization projects.

High performers may take on expanded responsibilities in data reporting, workflow design, and project-based initiatives. Internal growth and promotion are encouraged.
