- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation
- Post job advertisements and source candidates using internet databases, networking, and sourcing tools
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates
- Submit and review candidates with hiring managers
- Assist with salary negotiation and closing candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
- Track recruiting activity and maintain updates in systems
- Ensure compliance with recruiting processes and regulations
- Handle multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience

Required Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineers, architects, cloud engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts, DevOps, or IT infrastructure professionals
- Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern tech stacks
- Ability to influence hiring managers using market trends, compensation insights, and talent availability
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting
- Experience using recruiting analytics (time-to-fill, funnel metrics, pipeline health)
- Experience with ATS, CRM systems, sourcing tools, and market intelligence tools
- Strong time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and source technical talent
