Job Description
JustinBradley’s client, an expert in securitization and technology in the housing finance market, is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in C# and the Microsoft technology stack. This role is heavily focused on building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications, with a mix of development, design, and production support responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full development lifecycle and thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
This role is 100% remote, must work EST hours.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#/.NET technologies
- Build and optimize solutions within a Windows-based environment, following best practices
- Develop and manage SQL Server databases, including writing complex queries and stored procedures
- Work with messaging systems (queues/topics) to support distributed application architecture
- Perform hands-on coding, solution design, and production issue triaging
- Support and maintain IIS-hosted applications and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions

Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET development
- Proficiency with Visual Studio
- Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL and stored procedures
- Experience working with messaging systems (JMS or similar technologies)
- Familiarity with Java (working knowledge or prior experience)
- Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting issues
- Experience with C/C++ programming
- Exposure to AWS services (e.g., CloudWatch, SNS/SQS, .NET SDK)
- Experience with Oracle databases
- Familiarity with tools such as Git/Bitbucket, Jira, Maven
- Experience working with IIS Server and/or Tomcat
- Knowledge of Intex subroutines or financial modeling tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to take ownership of development efforts from design through production support
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
