Role Description
This is a fully remote freelance (1099) engagement for a Social Media Manager who can take real ownership. You'll execute content, run community management, and deliver monthly reporting — working directly with leadership to grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Calendar Execution
- Execute a structured content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Produce and publish channel-appropriate formats including short-form video, single images, carousels, and infographics
- Leverage a mix of creator content, brand content, and light content capture to maintain a consistent, on-brand feed
- Drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, and positive community sentiment

Community Management
- Monitor and respond to DMs and comments across all four platforms Monday through Friday
- Maintain a consistent, on-brand voice in all community interactions across organic and paid posts
- Escalate time-sensitive or sensitive issues to leadership as needed
Analytics & Reporting

- Compile and deliver monthly performance analytics reports
- Identify trends, surface insights, and make data-informed recommendations for content optimization
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience managing social media for CPG or consumer health brands (portfolio or examples required)
- Strong short-form video instincts — you know what performs on TikTok and Reels
- Eye for aesthetics with the ability to design on-brand content in Canva or Photoshop
- Sharp copywriting and community voice — you sound like the brand, not a brand manager
- Data-literate and comfortable with analytics tools to measure and optimize performance
- Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable — we care about results, not hours logged
- Available to engage with the community M–F and meet consistent content deadlines
