Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior/Mid weight Digital Designer to join our client's Editorial/On Platform Creative team. In this occasional support role, you will be responsible for creating a variety of static assets that will be prominently featured across a major streaming platform. The ideal candidate can work independently, possesses a strong eye for detail, and can seamlessly adapt to established brand guidelines to help the content stand out.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Asset Creation: Work independently to create static assets predominantly used on the streaming platform.
• Brand Alignment: Utilise specific brand elements, including custom typography, brand-specific gradients, and holding devices.
• Holding Devices & Image Treatment: Work with a fluid holding device reference that remains round and true to the brand's identity, but adapts to fit different Title Treatments and information.
• Avatars & Heroes: Create new platform Avatars and prominent Hero graphics for new show launches.
• Genre & Collection Graphics: Design new Genre Icons as needed and create bespoke designs for Themed Collections, including specific Tile, Header, and Title Treatments.
• Franchise Highlights: Design Franchise graphics that display the strongest and emotionally driven IPs, making them stand out from generic key arts with unique colour gradients and background pictures.

• Showcase & Top 10 Rails: Design graphics for the Showcase Rail to highlight specific titles, and occasionally create bespoke designs (including numbers and backgrounds) for Top 10 overtakes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience Level: Junior to Midweight.
• Technical Skills: Essential experience and proficiency in the Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Bonus Skills: Experience using Figma is a distinct advantage.
• Work Style: Must be able to work independently and maintain a highly detailed eye for design.
