TL;DR
A fast-growing Governance & Compliance SaaS company is looking for an experienced digital marketer to own the brand end-to-end. You'll consolidate what's currently spread across three agencies, bring structure and consistency to marketing, and hit the ground running from day one.
- Role type: Full-time (40 hours per week), fully remote
- Working hours: 2pm – 11pm IST
- Salary range: Up to ₹15 LPA
About the opportunity
Having grown from £500k to £1.5M ARR in three years, the business is now consolidating its fragmented agency model into one hire who can own the brand and execute across channels. This is a greenfield opportunity, one where you can audit what's there, set the direction, and build the function. A fundraising round is underway and headcount is set to grow from 15 to 25–30, so there's real room to grow with the business.

What you'll do
- Design digital assets from scratch — LinkedIn graphics, webinar banners, email templates, decks and campaign collateral — and maintain brand consistency across every channel
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns with clear KPIs, including paid acquisition on LinkedIn and Google, with ongoing performance monitoring and optimisation
- Manage campaign calendars, webinar logistics, third-party supplier relationships and post-campaign reporting
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years in digital or content marketing with solid B2B experience and a strong design portfolio
- Has owned or played a central role in a B2B marketing function, built the playbook, not just run it
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Figma, with demonstrable creative output
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics and Search Console
- Understands what's broken before proposing a fix and isn't shy about saying what needs to change
- Sets their own priorities and follows through without close direction
- Has walked into undefined situations and made them structured, comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
