What You’ll Do

- Own and deliver production-grade features across our client, candidate, and admin portals
- Develop responsive, scalable UIs using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Work closely with backend, product, and design teams to translate ideas into beautiful, functional experiences
- Contribute to component libraries, performance optimization, and frontend architecture
- Participate in code reviews, product planning, and rapid iteration cycles
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in frontend or full stack development
- Strong skills in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS
- Experience with frameworks like Next.js, tools like Tailwind CSS, and state management (Redux/Context/others)
- A strong sense of UI/UX, code structure, and attention to detail
- Bonus: familiarity with SSR, API integration, or working in fast-paced product startups
- A self-driven attitude, love for clean code, and excitement to build, ship, and own
- Willingness to work full-time and contribute deeply to a fast-scaling product
