Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to ensure cohesive and seamless design integration.
- Establish and maintain design patterns, making strategic decisions to enhance core functionalities and introduce new features.
- Create impactful UX/UI designs specifically tailored for HR Solutions in the B2B SaaS market.
- Plan and execute UI and graphic design projects based on customer feedback and needs.
- Define and enhance user experiences that are functional, intuitive, and competitive in the market.
- Lead the creation of interface designs focusing on functionality, appearance, and user-friendliness.
- Conduct usability tests, develop prototypes, and incorporate feedback to refine designs continuously.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing web products in collaboration with tech/product teams.
- Experience in B2B enterprise solutions, particularly in Human Resources, is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with a high energy level, passion for design, and a strong client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Figma; experience with additional design tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with user research tools and methodologies is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills to ensure project completion and quality.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.
