UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to ensure cohesive and seamless design integration.
• Establish and maintain design patterns, making strategic decisions to enhance core functionalities and introduce new features.
• Create impactful UX/UI designs specifically tailored for HR Solutions in the B2B SaaS market.
• Plan and execute UI and graphic design projects based on customer feedback and needs.
• Define and enhance user experiences that are functional, intuitive, and competitive in the market.
• Lead the creation of interface designs focusing on functionality, appearance, and user-friendliness.
• Conduct usability tests, develop prototypes, and incorporate feedback to refine designs continuously.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing web products in collaboration with tech/product teams.
• Experience in B2B enterprise solutions, particularly in Human Resources, is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated with a high energy level, passion for design, and a strong client-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Figma; experience with additional design tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with user research tools and methodologies is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills to ensure project completion and quality.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.
