Senior Designer - Campaigns and Systems

We are a sales & marketing production agency looking for a senior designer who can think like an art director — not just execute.

What we need

• Turn messy ideas into clear visual concepts

• Think in campaigns and systems, not isolated designs

• Create strong first drafts without handholding

• Push back when something doesn’t make sense

Mandatory requirements

• Flawless spoken & written English (client-facing role)

• Comfortable leading and participating in Zoom / Google Meet / Teams calls

• Prior experience collaborating directly with clients in live meetings

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup (own workspace + stable internet)

Strong preference (you will be prioritized if you have this)

• Experience designing pitch decks, presentations, eBooks, landing pages, websites, video storyboards

• Experience working with B2B companies (SaaS, tech, fintech)

• Ability to structure content, not just design it

Not a fit if

• Your work is mostly social media or D2C/eCommerce design

• Your focus is branding/packaging-heavy work

• You rely on templates or need constant direction

• Fully remote (work from home)

Salary Range -

The offer will depend on multiple factors, such as your current CTC, total experience, and capabilities, and it will be in the range of 8 to 12 LPA.
