Freelance Digital Analytics & Search Specialist (Remote | ~30 hrs/week)


We’re working with an innovative organization seeking a Freelance Digital Analytics & Search Specialist to support their Data Science, Analytics, and Marketing Intelligence (DSAMI) team.

This is a fully remote opportunity (up to 30 hours/week) with the potential to convert into a full-time role—ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on execution and data-driven strategy.


What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in driving digital performance through analytics, search optimization, and reporting:

  • Analyze marketing and search trends using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Looker Studio
  • Manage and optimize SEO performance (Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools)
  • Support paid search campaigns (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads)
  • Improve internal site search and content discoverability
  • Leverage AI and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommend performance improvements


What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SEO tools
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital web architecture
  • Experience building data-driven reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with AI-driven search and emerging technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
