Role Description
This is a remote role for a UI/UX Designer. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for enhancing the design and usability of the Aedra platform, with a focus on creating intuitive, efficient, and visually cohesive user experiences. This role involves evaluating the current product, identifying friction points, and designing improvements that make it easier for users to track, review, and act on their trade ideas.

- Audit the existing product experience to identify usability issues and areas for improvement
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for key features
- Improve onboarding, dashboards, and core tracking workflows to increase user retention
- Collaborate with product and engineering to implement design solutions
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- Maintain and evolve a consistent design system across the platform
Qualifications
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for web or product-based applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Interest in fintech, trading platforms, or data-heavy applications is a plus
