Job Description

Senior Performance Marketing Analyst

Full-time | Remote | Singapore-market focused

About KPI Media

KPI Media is the fastest growing media agency in Singapore for a good reason. We’re the boutique agency that growth-obsessed brands go to when they’re tired of working with network agencies.

We turn 6 this year and have grown to become a S$2M ARR business with over 35 remote employees spread across 6 countries.

We work with scaleups & enterprise brands, like My First Skool, Helpling, Meltwater, KodeKloud, Circular, Kaspersky, Eco Ring and so much more.

What you need to know about this role

This role is a hybrid position between performance marketing execution and analytics.

While the Client Success team owns client relationships, the Performance team owns the numbers. Your job is to ensure campaigns are technically sound, performance data is accurate, and insights are clear enough for the team to make confident decisions.

Each pod is made up of a Client Success Manager, Client Success Executive, Performance Manager, Performance Executive, and an Analyst. Together, they work across about 8–10 client accounts at a time.

In this role, you will support the Performance Manager and the broader team by bridging campaign execution and performance analytics. This means helping to implement and optimize campaigns while also ensuring the data behind those campaigns is accurate, structured, and actionable.

This is a non-client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys the technical side of paid media, working with data, and translating performance metrics into insights that help campaigns improve.

What you will actually do

As a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst, you sit at the intersection of campaign execution, analytics, and reporting. You help ensure campaigns are built correctly, optimized consistently, and supported by reliable data so the team can make better decisions faster.

Here’s how your role would look in practice:

1. Campaign execution & optimization

  • Support the implementation and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels when required
  • Conduct recurring optimization tasks such as keyword expansion, ad testing, negative keyword management, and budget pacing
  • Assist Performance Managers in maintaining campaign structures and ensuring best practices are followed
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks on campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted and aligned with client KPIs
  • Identify potential performance risks early and flag them to the team before they impact results

2. Data & dashboard ownership

  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards in Google Sheets by connecting data sources such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of campaign data flowing into dashboards and reporting systems
  • Maintain the structure of internal reporting dashboards so the team always has clear visibility into campaign performance
  • Troubleshoot data inconsistencies or connector issues to ensure reporting reliability

3. Tracking & analytics support

  • Set up and maintain tracking systems such as Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Ensure conversion events, goals, and attribution tracking are implemented correctly
  • Analyze campaign performance and surface actionable insights that support optimization decisions
  • Provide analytical support to the Performance Manager in campaign reviews and performance reporting

What we are NOT looking for

  • Someone who only presses buttons in ad platforms without understanding the data
  • Someone who blindly follows “best practices” without thinking critically about results
  • Someone who struggles to work independently in a remote environment
  • Someone who avoids digging deeper when performance numbers don’t make sense
  • Someone who needs constant supervision to maintain campaign quality

Hard Requirements (non-negotiable)

  • Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
  • 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a highly analytical role
  • Hands-on experience running campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and data analysis
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Understanding of core performance marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CVR, attribution, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment

Nice to have (but not required)

  • Experience with data connectors such as Supermetrics, PowerMyAnalytics, or Two Minute Reports
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or HTML
  • Experience working with B2B or technology clients
  • Experience in agency or startup environments
  • Exposure to analytics tools beyond ad platforms

I know it seems like we’re asking for a lot, but you have my word that this job will be far more rewarding than what you’re used to. Here’s what we have to offer:

💰 Above-industry standard salary packages

🌍 100% remote position — work from anywhere, always

✈️ Yearly international retreats for team bonding

⏰ Flexible working hours for work-life harmony

💳 Company-issued debit card for hassle-free business expenditures

🩺 Telemedicine benefits for your health and well-being

🤝 Work with a diverse, international cohort of colleagues and clients

💼 Guaranteed yearly salary increments and profit-sharing bonuses

🚀 Dynamic career growth opportunities with lateral and vertical movement

P.S. This job post will not be up for long. We get tons of applicants every time. If you’ve made it this far into the JD but the application has already closed, please send your CV to arul@kpimedia.sg with the subject Senior Performance Marketing Analyst.
