Job Description


  • Location : Remote (Indonesia-based preferred)
  • Employment Type : Full-Time
  • Working Hours : Approx. 40 hours per week, fixed schedule through Monday to Friday (Standard 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (SGT)

About Our Client

Safe Space is Singapore's leading mental health platform connecting individuals and organisations with licensed therapists and mental wellness resources. We operate a pay-per-use Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) model, serve B2C users directly through our app, and work with government agencies, MNCs, and SMEs across Singapore. Our mission is to make mental healthcare accessible, stigma-free, and culturally relevant.


Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Marketing & Operations Executive to be the right-hand to our CEO. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role suited for someone who can operate AI tools confidently, manage our CRM and marketing automation, execute content strategies, and help drive both B2C and B2B growth. You will directly support the CEO in scaling Safe Space toward its $1.5M revenue goal.


Key Responsibilities

CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Set up, manage, and optimise our Go High Level (GHL) CRM for B2C customer lifecycle management
  • Configure webhook integrations between our proprietary booking platform and GHL
  • Build and manage WhatsApp Business API automation flows for re-engagement and onboarding sequences
  • Import, segment, and maintain our B2C customer database
  • Set up affiliate and referral program within GHL

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Repurpose long-form video content into short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Manage and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned to key themes and campaigns
  • Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Assist in developing lead magnets (e.g. pre-recorded masterclasses, downloadable resources)
  • Support the Therapist Spotlight Series and other evergreen content initiatives

LinkedIn & B2B Support

  • Execute daily LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator (approximately 20 targeted connections per day)
  • Support content posting on the founders' LinkedIn profiles using agreed content pillars and CTAs
  • Assist in tracking engagement metrics and identifying top-performing posts for scaling
  • Help prepare anonymised case studies and thought leadership content

Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain a weekly progress tracker shared with the CMO
  • Pull and interpret data from GA4, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and GHL
  • Track KPIs including B2C conversion rates, email/WhatsApp open rates, social follower growth, and lead gen metrics
  • Support Google My Business optimisation and event tracking setup

Operations & Admin

  • Manage platform access, logins, and credentials across marketing tools
  • Coordinate with developers on API/webhook requirements for system integrations
  • Support the setup and management of webinars and events (Slido, Eventbrite, Thinkific)


What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, growth, or digital operations role
  • Proficiency with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI) to accelerate content and reporting
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and short-form video content
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and hitting deadlines
  • Excellent written English for content and communications


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Go High Level (GHL) — setup, automation, and CRM management is a big plus
  • Experience with HubSpot, Intercom, or similar CRM/support tools
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and webhook integrations
  • Video editing skills (short-form content repurposing)
  • Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics 4
  • Experience in health, wellness, or SaaS industries
