The Senior Revenue Operations Director will lead efforts to create predictable revenue growth by optimizing systems and processes across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. It involves cross-functional collaboration and strategic data insights to enhance go-to-market effectiveness and revenue generation.

• 18+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, business-aligned FP&A, GTM strategy, or GTM operations

• Self-driven and proactive approach
Preferred qualifications:
• MBA
• Experience in both startup and large company environments

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The approximate base salary range is $169,869 to $221,514, including base, bonus, and equity components.
