We focus on trend-led collections, visual storytelling, and customer-first commerce across digital platforms—seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Intern to drive engagement and growth for our online presence.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end content production: concept, captioning, basic visual design, and scheduling for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create short-form video assets (Reels/shorts) optimized for engagement and conversion; collaborate on simple edits and creative iterations.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publishing across platforms using Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools.
- Monitor daily community interactions—respond to comments/messages, escalate issues, and nurture audience relationships to boost retention.
- Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR); translate insights into weekly optimization recommendations.
- Assist with small paid-media setups (audience testing, creative variants) and A/B learning under senior guidance.
