Fully manage and scale our Meta Ads account
Set up and optimize Pixel + Conversion API tracking
Design, test, and iterate high-performing ad funnels
Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
Continuously improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Build structured experimentation pipelines (A/B testing creatives, audiences, hooks)
Conceptualize and produce high-quality ad creatives
Write compelling ad copy and hooks
Collaborate on or independently create visuals, videos, and motion assets
Rapidly iterate based on performance data
Build a scalable creative testing engine
Help define and evolve Trao's brand identity across platforms
Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging
Create high-quality marketing assets (landing visuals, decks, ad creatives)
Translate complex AI systems into simple, compelling narratives
Write and publish LinkedIn posts (founder-led + company content)
Build and manage social media presence across platforms
Create content calendars and distribution strategies
Design static and visual assets for social channels
Track engagement and continuously refine content strategy

The Role

This is a Social Media Marketing Specialist role.


You will fully own Trao’s digital presence and paid acquisition engine.

You will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing our marketing systems across platforms.


This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands both performance marketing and brand-building -- and can execute end-to-end without hand-holding.


Work Style & Expectations

  1. 6 days a week, 9 hours/day
  2. Fully remote
  3. You will often work beyond 9 hours
  4. Fast timelines, real deadlines, real ownership
  5. Direct collaboration with founders
  6. High-performance bar

What You’ll Do

  1. Own Paid Acquisition (Meta + Google)
  2. Fully manage and scale our Meta Ads account

  5. Translate complex AI systems into simple, compelling narratives


You will shape how the market perceives Trao.


  1. Organic Social & Content
  2. Write and publish LinkedIn posts (founder-led + company content)
  3. Build and manage social media presence across platforms
  4. Create content calendars and distribution strategies
  5. Design static and visual assets for social channels
  6. Track engagement and continuously refine content strategy


You will own top-of-funnel attention.
