About The Role
We are seeking a creative, curious, and ambitious designer to join our team and make a significant impact in performance-driven advertising. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging visual assets across multiple digital channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Your work will involve developing designs that capture attention, drive engagement, and generate results through data-backed creative strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to experiment with innovative design techniques, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence business outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with media, content, and client teams to produce static and motion creative assets that align with campaign goals and audience insights.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- At least 1 year of experience in motion graphics and short-form video production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
- Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as A/B testing, heat-mapping, and CRO analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to interpret data and user insights to inform design decisions
- Experience designing for various social media platforms and ad specifications
- Proactive attitude towards industry trends, including emerging AI and automation technologies

- Design compelling digital assets such as ads, landing pages, and creative variations backed by data to optimize marketing KPIs

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular updates and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders
