About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic and Digital Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality. The designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content for email campaigns, landing pages, and supporting creative assets that align with our brand identity and strategic marketing goals. The successful candidate will possess a strong command of visual storytelling, technical precision, and a keen eye for detail. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including lifecycle marketers and senior creatives, to develop innovative digital experiences that enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating range, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail, including high-performing email campaigns and conversion-driven landing pages
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic or digital design, preferably within DTC, CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands
  • High-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Deep understanding of design principles such as typography, layout, color theory, responsive design, and email UX best practices
  • Proven ability to multitask under pressure, switch between projects quickly, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take and apply constructive feedback
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the capacity to work independently when necessary
  • A passion for branding and design that creates emotional and functional impact

Responsibilities

  • Own the design and execution of all email campaigns and landing pages, ensuring visual consistency, brand alignment, mobile optimization, and conversion focus
  • Develop high-performing layouts and collaborate with lifecycle marketers to test new design formats, CTAs, and storytelling techniques
  • Create supporting creative assets to enhance campaign effectiveness and brand storytelling
  • Work closely with the email and senior creative teams to bring campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives to life visually
  • Translate strategic marketing goals into engaging digital experiences that support customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Manage a high volume of creative requests, prioritizing tasks effectively while maintaining speed and accuracy under tight deadlines
  • Maintain and update design systems, templates, and asset libraries to ensure scalability and organization
