HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition & Training
Full-Time | 100% Remote (U.S.-Based)
Salary: $70,000–$85,000

Our client is looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who can own full-cycle talent acquisition and bring structure, energy, and direction to training and employee development across a fully remote organization.

The Opportunity
You’ll step into a highly autonomous role supporting a remote workforce of ~300 employees across tech, marketing, and merchandising. Hiring needs are steady but manageable (typically 2–5 open roles at a time), which means you’ll have the runway to expand beyond recruiting and make real progress in learning, development, and engagement initiatives.
This role reports directly to senior HR leadership and is positioned for long-term growth.
What You’ll Own
Talent Acquisition (End-to-End)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical, operations, and corporate roles
- Partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategy, interviews, and selection
- Evaluate and improve current ATS processes; lead system assessments as needed
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve outcomes

Training & Development
- Design and roll out training programs that support employee growth and engagement
- Create learning paths and development opportunities for individual contributors and managers
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Strengthen onboarding to ensure new hire success in a fully remote environment
Culture & Collaboration
- Serve as a culture carrier—embedding values into hiring, training, and employee touchpoints
- Support company-wide initiatives, internal events, and team engagement efforts
- Ensure HR practices align with compliance standards and employment regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, and/or Learning & Development roles
- Proven ability to manage recruiting from intake through offer
- Experience building or improving training and development programs
- Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder partnership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience)
