We're working with a global e-commerce and technology powerhouse on this exciting opportunity. This is a high-impact, 6-month contract for a seasoned payroll expert to steer a sophisticated international operation during a period of strategic change.
As the Global Payroll Lead, you will take the helm of a diverse team, leveraging your expertise in complex multi-region compliance and vendor management. You will be the linchpin between global business operations and third-party payroll providers, ensuring seamless execution across EMEA and US markets.
The Role
- Lead and mentor an international payroll team across multiple time zones to ensure 100% accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Oversee complex payroll cycles for large-scale employee populations across the US and EMEA regions.
- Act as the primary strategic point of contact for external Global Payroll Service Providers (aggregators).
- Ensure rigorous compliance with local tax laws, social security requirements, and evolving regional labor legislation.
- Drive process improvements and maintain data integrity within global HRIS and Payroll systems.
