About The Role

Grow Your Staff is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team supporting a UK-based client focused on enhancing website experience and performance. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional with a passion for designing engaging digital interfaces that improve user engagement and drive conversions. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, ensuring that the website's design aligns with business goals and user expectations. You will collaborate closely with marketing, development, and product teams to implement data-driven design solutions that optimize the overall user journey. This is a fully remote, part-time position offering flexibility in working hours, primarily between 3 PM and 7 PM IST, with some flexibility required for team meetings. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects within a collaborative environment, contributing to the growth of innovative eCommerce and D2C platforms.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with 2–3 years of UI/UX experience, preferably within the eCommerce or D2C domain. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user behavior analysis to inform design decisions. Experience working with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms is highly desirable, along with familiarity in healthcare, dental, or wellness sectors, which can be considered a plus. A compelling portfolio showcasing website designs, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows is required to evaluate your skills and creativity. Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role.
