Job Description

ProMedia, a dynamic and fast-paced Direct Response advertising agency in Miami, FL, is offering an exciting opportunity for an entry-level to junior-level candidate to join our high-performing team as an Account Coordinator.

The Account Coordinator position will support Account Managers, Senior Vice President and Executive Management, with a variety of accounts/client-related tasks and projects. This position will provide exposure and training to the elements of direct response media strategy, campaign planning, creative production and more.

We are looking for candidates who are wildly ambitious and driven, unwavering self-starters with strong attention to detail. We value individuals who are ready to make an impact from day one and are eager to learn, contribute, and grow.

Applicants who are confident yet humble, coachable, and willing to learn our processes while continuously improving are what we are looking for. The right candidate takes initiative but also listens, adapts, and collaborates.

People with strong intrinsic motivation thrive here. In our fast-paced, small-team environment, those who are proactive and curious will have the opportunity to advance quickly. We’re adaptable and often shape roles around individual strengths.

Whether your strengths are in communication and relationship-building, or in analytics and understanding performance data, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas. It’s a unique opportunity to learn different sides of the direct response industry and grow quickly.

If you’re excited to contribute, learn, and build something meaningful, you’ll thrive here.

Our team is made of highly motivated colleagues who have a strong sense of accountability and set high expectations for themselves and those around them. We are proud of our driven, results-oriented culture, and we are seeking someone who shares these values and is eager to make an impact. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where excellence is the standard.

What We’re Looking For:

Self-Starter: You take initiative, anticipate needs, and don’t wait to be told what needs to be done.

Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in delivering flawless results.

Strong Organizational Skills: You can juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines without missing a beat.

Proactive Problem-Solver: You identify potential challenges early and come up with creative solutions.

Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and actively contribute to team goals.

Eager to Learn: You’re excited to grow your skills and build a long-term career in the advertising industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in advertising, agency work, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and especially MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines completely and efficiently.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
  • South Florida candidates are ideal but not required

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Account Coordinator, you will support the team and directly contribute to the success of client campaigns by managing key details and ensuring seamless execution. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Client Account Management: Work with the team to manage client communications, deliverables, and account service. Proactively keep clients informed and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to meet client objectives and help drive results. Take on additional responsibilities as needed and be ready to contribute where necessary.
  • Project Management: Monitor estimates and timelines to ensure they align with client expectations.
  • Client Communications: Draft and manage documents such as meeting agendas, proposals, reports, and other important client communications.

Benefits:

Competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, Safe Harbor 401k with company match, Healthcare FSA and open PTO. Fully remote work environment.
