Role Description

This is a 100% remote, contract role as a Senior Database Administrator, offering a competitive pay rate of $90-$100 per hour, with a contract through June 2027. The Senior Database Administrator will oversee database administration, design, and management tasks, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting database issues, maintaining database replication, and collaborating with teams to implement best practices and support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Database Administration and Database Design
• Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving database issues efficiently
• Experience with managing, maintaining, and optimizing Databases and ensuring data integrity
• Knowledge in implementing and maintaining Database Replication for high availability and disaster recovery
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
