- Large-scale automation equipment development: Design, material selection, fabrication, testing, and improvement of mechanical structures.
- 2D/3D modeling: Create 3D models and 2D drawings, and optimize existing equipment through design changes.
- Mechanical troubleshooting: Resolve mechanical issues during the process of improving equipment quality and operational efficiency, and quickly iterate through prototyping, testing, and improvements.
- Production equipment optimization: Modify and improve existing production equipment to address operational issues.
- On-site management: Oversee and guide assembly and testing, and write equipment specifications, maintenance manuals, and repair handbooks.
- Training development: Create and conduct training courses.
- Equipment commissioning: Perform on-site debugging and implementation of new equipment.

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
