Job Description


A fast-growing player in the Digital Technology & Software Products sector, focused on building scalable B2B and B2C product experiences across web and mobile. We deliver outcome-driven marketing and product solutions that accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and brand equity in competitive markets.

This remote role is India-based and reports into the global marketing leadership team. The primary, best-performing title for this role is: Brand Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the brand strategy and positioning across target segments, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Lead end-to-end integrated campaigns (concept → creative brief → execution → measurement) to drive awareness, demand, and product adoption.
  • Partner with product, growth, and content teams to translate product value into differentiated go-to-market narratives and launch plans.
  • Manage digital advertising performance across paid social, search, and programmatic channels; optimise for CAC and ROI.
  • Use consumer insights, market research and analytics to shape creative direction, pricing communication, and channel mix decisions.
  • Own brand governance: creative briefs, asset libraries, agency/vendor relationships, and quarterly performance reporting.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

  • Proven experience managing brand or product marketing for consumer or B2B technology products.
  • Strong track record of planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and performance optimisation.
  • Data-driven decision maker: comfortable using analytics to set targets, run experiments, and report ROI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with cross-functional teams (product, growth, creative, sales).
  • Fluent in English; ability to craft crisp positioning and high-impact creative briefs for remote teams and agencies.

Preferred
