We work with proven offers in the home service space and focus on predictable lead generation using paid ads, strong funnels, and solid follow-up systems.
We’re growing and looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who knows how to generate results with Meta Ads, Google PPC, and GoHighLevel, specifically for home service businesses. If you’ve managed real ad spend, produced real leads, and have results to prove it — we want to talk.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for home service clients.
- Handle ad account onboarding (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, conversion tracking, pixels, events, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve CPL, lead quality, and consistency
- Connect and manage ad integrations inside GoHighLevel (forms, pipelines, triggers, lead routing, automations)
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to avoid overspending or lead drops
- Troubleshoot tracking, lead flow, and delivery issues proactively
- Produce clear, simple reporting (weekly snapshots + monthly summaries)
- Collaborate with the team to ensure ads align with offers, landing pages, and follow-up systems
Qualifications:

- 3+ years of hands-on paid ads experience (Meta Ads & Google PPC required)
- Proven experience in the home service / contractor niche (roofing, HVAC, screens, moving, renovations, etc.)
- Proof of results required (case studies, screenshots, dashboards, CPL benchmarks, or client references)
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and local service advertising
- GoHighLevel experience required (sub-accounts, integrations, pipelines, basic automations)
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — you don’t wait for things to break
- Autonomous and accountable — you own your numbers and your performance
- Experience onboarding new clients
- Relatable, driven person
- Experience working in an agency environment considered a plus
Bonus:
- Experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSAs)
- Experience improving lead quality, not just volume
- Agency or multi-client account experience
