We’re looking for a developer to help craft world-class gameplay systems who can utilize AI to speed up their workflows.

Stratton Studios is hiring a Mid-Level Game Developer to join our remote global team. This is a chance to work on exciting game and emerging technology projects where your technical skills play a real role in shaping the player experience from the ground up.

We want someone with strong C# fundamentals, a sharp eye for optimization, and the ability to turn complex logic into polished, engaging gameplay. You’ll work with a collaborative international team, contribute to ambitious projects, and grow quickly in a studio that values creativity, initiative, and high standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and maintaining gameplay systems, UI components, and technical tools in Unity
• Integrating AI tools into your daily workflow to rapidly prototype mechanics and assist in debugging
• Optimizing code and asset usage for memory, frame rate, and load times across devices
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts into production
• Maintaining reusable components and architectural standards in shared codebases
• Using modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to push development output further

What we’re looking for

• Strong Unity3D (C#) fundamentals and a portfolio that shows logic, architecture, and execution
• Experience with (or a strong desire to master) AI-assisted development (e.g., GitHub Copilot or AI-integrated plugins)
• A sharp eye for object-oriented design patterns and scalable system architecture
