Job Title: Senior React Developer (Frontend Engineering / UI Development)

Location: United States — Onsite / Hybrid / Remote (based on client needs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components using component-based architecture.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs / microservices to enable dynamic and data-driven user interfaces.
• Implement advanced state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or similar tools.
• Optimize application performance using lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, and performance tuning techniques.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and mobile-first development standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI/UX issues across environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–8+ years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development.
• Hands-on experience building Single Page Applications (SPA) using React.
• Strong experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous data handling (Axios, Fetch).
• Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, Vite, or Parcel.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed teams.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG), server-side rendering, and SEO optimization.
• Exposure to UI frameworks/libraries such as Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and frontend deployment strategies.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
