Requirements

  • 1+ years of recruiting, HR, or operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to ramp up quickly with available guidance
  • Experience supporting or improving recruiting operations and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, remote-friendly work environment
