Recruiting Coordinator

Accountabilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring accurate and up-to-date calendars
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and guidance
• Maintain accurate interview plans, candidate data, and documentation within the ATS
• Anticipate the needs of candidates and interviewers, providing thoughtful and timely solutions
• Collaborate with recruiters and the Recruiting Operations team to improve workflows, efficiency, and candidate experience
• Support projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing recruiting operations and strengthening inclusive hiring practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process, ensuring consistency and high standards
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting, HR, or operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to ramp up quickly with available guidance
• Experience supporting or improving recruiting operations and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization
