Role Description
This is a part-time, fully remote role for an AI & Software Developer. The Developer will focus on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to support the operational, sales, and marketing needs of the company. A strong emphasis will be placed on integrating and leveraging AI tools — including Claude Code, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Manus — to accelerate development, automate workflows, and build intelligent internal systems. Additional responsibilities include integrating third-party tools, optimizing systems for efficient workflows, and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives is essential.
Qualifications
- Deep, practical knowledge of AI tools and how to apply them in a business context, including:
- Claude Code — AI-assisted development and internal software building
- ChatGPT — workflow automation, content generation, and business process support
- Perplexity — AI-powered research and information retrieval
- Manus — AI agent workflows and task automation
- Large Language Models (LLMs) — working understanding of how they function, their capabilities, and their limitations
- Prompt engineering — designing reliable, repeatable AI prompts for consistent business use
- Vector databases — Supabase pgvector, Pinecone, or similar for AI-powered search and knowledge base development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar
- Experience with web development frameworks, component libraries (Tailwind, Shadcn), and APIs
- Strong knowledge of database management including Supabase and SQL — schema design, queries, and relational data management
- Experience with GitHub for version control, repository management, and collaborative development
- Familiarity with deployment platforms such as Vercel, Railway, or Netlify
- Experience with automation platforms including Make, N8N, or Zapier
- Knowledge of authentication systems (Supabase Auth, Clerk, or similar) and basic security practices including API key management and role-based access control
- Basic cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Google Cloud, or equivalent) for storage, environment management, and serverless functions
- Ability to develop and implement scalable software solutions
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and SOPs for every system and tool built
- Effective communication skills for remote collaboration with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a part-time workload
