Accountabilities
- Design, build, and optimize components and applications within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Integrate APIs, analytics tools, and authentication layers such as OAuth
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, conduct code reviews, and uphold repository best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and infrastructure issues
- Deliver projects independently on schedule, with high quality and maintainability
- Mentor junior developers, promote coding standards, and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align web initiatives with business goals

- 6-10 years of full-stack web development experience building and maintaining complex applications
- Advanced proficiency in Java, JavaScript (object-oriented), React, CSS/PostCSS, HTML, PHP, SQL, and TypeScript
- Strong experience with AEM, Docker, modern MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter), and AWS products (CloudFormation, S3, Route 53)
- Knowledge of SQL/MySQL, RESTful APIs, and Salesforce integration
- Understanding of web application security and performance optimization best practices
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience mentoring junior developers is highly desirable
