The Role
The principal analyst in this role will serve the analysis and platform adoption efforts of the IAM Adoption Team and play a critical role in the success of the WAM effort and 2025 KPIs. Analysts on this team are tasked with performing complex data analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation. The analyst in this role will also contribute to identifying gaps of access control coverage on platforms, strengthening access controls, driving successful adoption of our IAM platform by business units and platform owners, and reducing business and access risks. As a member of the IAM Adoption Team, the analyst will also use their analysis skills to contribute to defining and building a repeatable, scalable process to effectively onboard enterprise platforms and controls to AccessHub.
Skills:
- Heavy analysis/stakeholder management experience
- Onboarding experience
- SailPoint knowledge / IIQ (Identity Warehouse, Connectors, Entitlement construct) RBAC, ABAC
- Oral and verbal communication skills
- Unafraid to learn and engage
- Tactical work - enough technical chops to walk them through solutions
- GAP analysis
- They need to be able to dig into the platforms and look at the users access, check through Active Directory, etc and strengthen access controls
- 8+ years’ experience as a systems or business analyst delivering software using agile development practices
- Experience in cybersecurity and/or access lifecycle management is a plus
- Experience working with IAM tools such as SailPoint, AWS IAM, Azure AD, Oracle IAM or similar platforms is a plus
- Experience working with CyberArk, HashiCorp, Delinea, BeyondTrust, Okta or similar platforms is a plus
- Experience with SQL, Excel, PowerBI, data cleaning, and data visualizations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
