This is a mid-to-senior level Product Manager position (typically 3โ5+ years of relevant experience) responsible for leading the planning, analysis, and execution of our SaaS e-commerce platform. The Product Manager will report to the Head of Product or Director of Product (or VP of Product in smaller organisations) and will work closely with the CTO/Head of Engineering, Head of Design/UX, and commercial leaders (Marketing & Sales). The role carries end-to-end product ownership for the platform, accountability for key metrics (MRR, churn, ARPU), and may include mentoring junior PMs or overseeing associate product roles depending on team structure.

This role is responsible for defining the business model, translating ideas into actionable tasks, and managing multiple SaaS and digital product initiatives simultaneously. The Product Manager plays a key role in aligning business goals with product execution and ensuring scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop the Business Model for SaaS products
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis (e.g., Shopify, Zid, Salla)
- Define target audience and customer segments
- Build and maintain a clear Product Roadmap aligned with business goals
- Translate product vision into User Stories and detailed development tasks
- Define core product features such as Store Builder, Payment Integrations, Subscription & Billing System, and Analytics Dashboard
- Collaborate with Development, UI/UX, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
- Define and optimize Pricing Strategy (subscriptions, add-ons, transaction fees)
- Analyze product performance and improve based on data and user feedback
- Manage and oversee multiple SaaS and digital product projects simultaneously
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and product delivery across all projects

- 3โ5+ years of experience in SaaS products or E-commerce platforms
