This role requires a strong understanding of user behavior, design principles, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product design.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and usability standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum usability, accessibility, and performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
