About The Role
We are seeking a creative, curious, and ambitious designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting high-impact visual assets for performance-driven advertising campaigns across multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients' marketing initiatives by creating visuals that capture attention, encourage engagement, and drive conversions. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a designer eager to learn, experiment, and grow within a fast-paced environment where each design has a tangible impact on business results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including media, content, and client stakeholders, to develop creative assets that are optimized for performance and aligned with campaign objectives.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- At least 1 year of experience in motion graphics and video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools
- Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, including A/B testing, heat-mapping, and CRO analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of platform-specific ad requirements and specifications for social media channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Proactive learner, staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and automation in marketing

- Design compelling static and motion creative assets such as ad sets, landing pages, and social media graphics backed by data insights
- Create motion graphics and short-form videos optimized for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Edit and adapt existing video assets into high-performing ad units, ensuring compliance with platform specifications and audience engagement goals
