This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end development of customer-focused engineering solutions, bridging client vision with technical execution. Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary technical interface for clients, managing the project lifecycle from contract signing through closeout.
- Translate client objectives into a technical roadmap, balancing technical feasibility, cost, and schedule constraints.
- Define clear, verifiable system requirements to guide engineering execution and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and design teams, fostering systems thinking and problem-solving excellence.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure robust, scalable, and buildable solutions.
- Bridge the gap between client vision and internal engineering teams, ensuring seamless priority management and execution across projects.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements negotiations, and technical reviews to maintain alignment and project quality.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, hardware development, or solutions engineering, preferably in aerospace, medical devices, industrial, or consumer electronics.
- Strong expertise in systems engineering principles, including system architecture, interface definition, and requirements management.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical scope into actionable schedules and execution plans for multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep knowledge in at least one of these areas: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, embedded software, or integration and test.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation, stakeholder communication, and client-facing interactions.
- Preferred: experience facilitating technical workshops, leading requirements negotiations, and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
