Our Client
Our client is a US-based, product-led gaming technology company operating one of the world’s most widely used online board-game platforms, serving millions of active players globally.
They are a lean, engineering-first team focused on building high-performance, real-time game experiences. Engineers are expected to think like product owners — not just execute tasks — and ship meaningful features that directly impact users.
This is a builder culture, where side projects, curiosity, and hands-on problem solving are highly valued.
🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Product Developer who is not only technically strong, but also product-minded and hands-on.
This role is ideal for engineers who:
- Actively build and ship products (not just maintain systems)
- Care deeply about UX, performance, and user experience
- Are comfortable working across frontend + backend

- Improve performance, responsiveness, and scalability of real-time game systems
- Collaborate on product decisions, not just technical execution
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-quality code
- Conduct code reviews and uphold engineering standards
- Work with real-time systems, APIs, and relational databases
- Continuously iterate based on user behavior and product feedback
✅ Must-Have Requirements

- Solid understanding of UX/UI and product design trade-offs
