  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing key HR internal metrics and reporting to provide actionable business insights.
  • Oversee critical compliance and auditing processes, ensuring rigorous adherence to data protection and regulated industry standards.
  • Collaborate with payroll and finance stakeholders to ensure seamless reward and benefits administration.

What You'll Need

  • Extensive experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
  • Deep expertise in UK Employment Law and managing end-to-end ER cases independently.
  • Proven track record of operating within highly regulated or compliance-driven sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics tools for reporting and benefit monitoring.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, including experience working with trade unions and diverse stakeholder groups.
