- 🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable data architectures and data models
- Define data standards, governance, and best practices
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders
- Optimise data storage, processing, and retrieval for performance and cost efficiency
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with GDPR and EU regulations
- Evaluate and implement new data technologies, platforms, and tools
- Guide and mentor teams on data architecture principles and best practices
- 🎯 RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modelling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Knowledge of big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance (GDPR)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
