Job Description
Trinity Cyber is the inventor and provider of a new cybersecurity technology. Cybersecurity processes have traditionally been located within an organization’s network with an outward view of trying to prevent any incursions. This approach is fraught with inefficiency and ineffectiveness as exhibited by the daily news of cyber-attacks. We have adopted the novel approach of developing and placing our cybersecurity software within the internet to prevent cyber-attacks. We accomplish this by running an organization’s electronic traffic through our software where we can mitigate threat content, in real time, before it reaches an organization’s network. This approach is unique, protected by two patents in the US, and is changing the world of cybersecurity.
The Role:
This position will report to the VP of Human Resources and will be the second position within the Human Resources Group. Trinity Cyber has been in business for nine years, currently has ninety employees, has transitioned from a start-up phase to an established company, experiencing significant growth, and expect to double the number of employees within eighteen months. The Director role will help to expand HR programs, establish automated process in HRIS and applicant tracking, and participate in the management of the HR function. The person hired should be fully qualified and thus be in the line of succession to the VP of HR role. Trinity Cyber is a fully remote organization. A corporate office is maintained in Bowie, Maryland, but travel to that office will be infrequent. Due to the requirements of existing federal contracts, only those with US citizenship will be considered for employment.
